Our Terms and Conditions are as follows.
General terms and conditions of sale and delivery of 1Mokka.
Article 1.
These terms and conditions apply to The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation RY with its registered office in Helsinki, Finland, and registered in the Commercial Register under FI 3145765-2.
Definition for the Customer:
The Customer is the natural or legal person who enters into a digital agreement with The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation.
Definition for private:
The natural person or legal entity is regarded as a private individual in the administration if they do not have a VAT number.
Definition for company:
The natural person or legal entity is regarded as a business in the administration if it does have a VAT number.
Definition of the Agreement:
The agreement concerns a purchase agreement that is concluded electronically between The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation and the buyer.
Definition of Consumption Tax:
Consumption tax is a tax within the meaning of the law such as, but not limited to, excise duty and coffee tax.

Article 3. Regarding Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation and to every agreement concluded between The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation and the customer. All other (purchasing) conditions drawn up by the customer are not accepted by The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation.
- Acceptance of an offer or conclusion of an agreement is only possible after acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Article 4. Quotations and Agreements
- The offer is recorded in a quotation. All quotations from The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation are without obligation and based on the prices applicable at that time.
- The offer must provide as complete a description as possible of the products. In the case of the use of images, among other things, The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation strives to use truthful representation. Any mistakes or errors in the offer and/or content of the website are not binding on The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation.
- An agreement is concluded at the moment that the customer accepts the offer and it meets the conditions set therein.
- If the buyer has accepted the offer electronically, The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation will confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer by electronic means or, if desired, by post. As long as the receipt of the acceptance has not been confirmed, the consumer can dissolve the agreement.
- The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation is entitled to terminate the agreement if there are good reasons to believe that the customer will not meet its obligation. If an order is refused, The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation will inform the customer within 2 weeks.
Article 5. Price
- The prices stated are in euros including taxes and excluding administration, handling, and shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
- All prices quoted are subject to obvious typographical errors.
- The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation reserves the right to change prices at any time if necessary. The customer has the right and is entitled to terminate the agreement up to and including the day on which the price increase takes effect.
Article 6. Taxation
- Taxes apply to the products of the offer, which, depending on the country of destination, include consumption tax in addition to sales tax.
- The applicable VAT rate is based on the VAT legislation in Finland.
- The Consumption Tax is based on the consumption tax legislation in the country where the customer resides. The customer must pay the consumption tax in the country where he is established and/or resident.
Article 7. Payments
- Payment can only be made using the stated payment methods, unless otherwise agreed in advance with The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation.
- The customer has the obligation to report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided or stated to The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation without delay.
- In the event of non-payment by the customer, The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation has the right, subject to legal restrictions, to charge the reasonable costs incurred.
- The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation remains the owner of the products ordered by the customer and goods delivered by The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation until full payment has been made by the customer.
Article 8. Delivery
- The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation uses a third party, i.e., a freight forwarder, for shipping the ordered goods. The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation invoices a fee to the customer for this, which is made known to the customer during the order process.
- The delivery shall be subject to the freight forwarder's conditions of carriage. The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation aims to offer the ordered goods to the freight forwarder within 3 working days. If delivery of the ordered goods to the forwarder for shipment is not possible within these 3 working days, you will be notified.
- If it turns out that delivery of ordered goods will take longer than 30 days, the buyer is entitled to dissolution of the agreement and refund of any amounts already paid for ordered goods.
- Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Article 9. Return
- The offer will also include a trial period of at least fourteen working days, starting the day after receipt by or on behalf of the customer.
- During the trial period, the customer has a right of withdrawal, whereby he has the possibility to return the received goods without any obligation on his part, other than against reimbursement of the direct costs of return.
- Products can only be returned if unopened and in an undamaged condition, and if The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation has been notified. Products that do not reach you in good condition should only be returned after contact with The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation.
- During the trial period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to be able to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied - if reasonably possible - in the original packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
- The shipping costs of returns are at the expense of the customer.
Article 10. Liability
- The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation is not liable for any damage resulting from (improper) use of purchased products.
Article 11. Force Majeure
- In the event of force majeure, the seller is not obliged to compensate the buyer for the damage caused to him as a result, except and insofar as the seller has had an advantage as a result of the force majeure situation that he would not have had if he had performed correctly.
- If the contracting party has already made any payment, The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation will refund the amount paid within 30 days of notification.
- Force majeure is understood to mean any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to The Global Antibiotics Resistance Foundation, because it is not due to its fault and is not for its account by virtue of the law, legal act, or generally accepted practice.
